Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhidham, responsible for coordinating day-to-day vessel and cargo operations. This position oversees operational schedules, monitors vessel movements, and supports documentation related to ship agency, chartering, and logistics activities.

The Operations

Executive collaborates closely with internal teams, port authorities, customers, and external partners to ensure timely handling of cargo and smooth turnaround of vessels.

Responsibilities include tracking operational performance,



resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and supporting compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards. The role also involves preparing regular operational reports, contributing to process improvements, and supporting senior operations management in decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Operations and Operations Management skills to coordinate end-to-end maritime and logistics activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify bottlenecks, and support process optimization.
