Role Description The Operations & Delivery Lead is a full time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of solar projects from planning to successful delivery. This role coordinates installation schedules, manages resources and vendors, and ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards. The Operations & Delivery Lead will monitor daily site activities, track progress against project plans, and work closely with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and maintain clear communication.

The role also includes optimizing operational processes, maintaining documentation,



and supporting post-installation maintenance and service delivery. The individual will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in project operations or delivery management, ideally within solar, renewable energy, or construction-related sectors.

Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, with the ability to manage multiple sites and timelines.

Knowledge of basic electrical or mechanical systems related to solar installations, and familiarity with safety and compliance standards.

Proficiency in using office and project management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation software, project tracking applications).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, technicians, and vendors.

Demonstrated ability to solve problems on-site, handle operational challenges, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, conduct regular field visits, and supervise installation and maintenance teams.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, management, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may substitute.
