Job Title: Executive Assistant Operations

Department: Operations & Administration

Job Summary The Executive Assistant – Operations/Admin provides administrative and operational support to senior management by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track action items and operational updates.
- Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel logistics.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.




- Support process documentaorganisingtion and other operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role.

Skills
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
