We are currently looking for an Operations Associate – Marketing who can support day-to-day marketing and operational workflows while gaining hands-on exposure to performance marketing, campaign operations, reporting systems, and business growth processes.

Key Responsibilities Assist in the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns and operational workflows

Support campaign launches, pacing, monitoring, and day-to-day execution activities

Coordinate with media buyers, designers, developers, and internal teams for campaign-related tasks

Assist in onboarding and coordinating with affiliate partners and publishers

Share campaign updates, offer details, cap updates, and operational information with partners

Maintain communication records, follow-up trackers, and operational updates

Support daily affiliate and marketing operations across active campaigns

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting sheets and operational dashboards

Monitor campaign statistics, conversions, revenue reports, and performance trends

Assist in generating performance summaries, operational reports, and tracking updates

Assist with campaign setup, offer setup, tracking links, and operational configurations

Verify campaign URLs, tracking links, and support basic QA checks before campaigns go live

Support cross-functional operational activities and ensure smooth workflow coordination





Track pending tasks, follow-ups, and execution timelines across departments

Escalate operational blockers, urgent issues, or discrepancies when required

Maintain organized documentation, internal trackers, operational sheets, and SOP updates

Assist in improving operational processes, workflow management, and execution systems

Support compliance checks, operational QA, and basic monitoring of campaign inconsistencies

Work with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Offer18, Looker Studio, GA4, and internal reporting systems

Ensure timely communication, coordination, and execution across marketing and operations teams The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Is a fresher or early-career candidate interested in digital marketing and operations

Has strong organizational and coordination skills

Is detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently

Has good communication skills (written and verbal)

Is eager to learn performance marketing and operational systems

Can work in a fast-paced startup environment

Is proactive, disciplined, and execution-focused Preferred Qualifications Basic understanding of digital marketing or affiliate marketing

Familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel

Prior internship or exposure to marketing/operations is a plus
