Job Title: Ex/ Sr Ex Sales Operations

Location: Kolkata (Onsite - Work from Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive – Sales Operation to support reporting and operational excellence across our sales channels, with a key focus on quick commerce. The role will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, analysing sales and inventory data, tracking operational KPIs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and seamless order fulfilment. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for quick commerce and other sales channels.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory movement, stock availability, and operational metrics to generate actionable business insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as order fulfilments, SLA adherence, cancellations, and service levels across platforms.
- Reconcile platform sales data with inventory, dispatch, and warehouse records to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Sales,



and Category teams for timely data validation and operational reporting.
- Support business reviews by creating dashboards, presentations, and analytical reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with the Finance & Accounts team to resolve invoicing, settlements, and reconciliation-related queries.
- Ensure data accuracy, maintain reporting SOPs, and continuously improve reporting efficiency through process optimization.

Preferred Skills & Know-how:

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas); PowerPoint knowledge preferred.
- Good understanding of MIS reporting, sales analytics, and inventory reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced business environment.

Experience Requirements:

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, MIS, or Business Analytics, preferably in FMCG, e commerce, or quick commerce.
- Prior exposure to marketplace or quick commerce operations will be an added advantage.
