Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle international calls from clients across various time zones, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.

- Process transactions, answer queries, and address concerns in a timely manner to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary to maintain quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in an International BPO or Call Centre setting.

- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken) for handling international voice processes.

- Ability to work on night shifts (rotating schedules).

- Proficiency in processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
