About The Role We are seeking a dedicated Operations Analyst to join our team in Chennai, India, operating in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our accounts receivable (AR) calling and denial management workflows within revenue cycle management (RCM) operations. This position is crucial for ensuring timely follow-up with patients and payers, accurately managing denial cases, and supporting the overall financial health of our healthcare clients.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day AR activities, analyzing trends, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve operational processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in healthcare revenue cycle processes while contributing to a mission-driven organization committed to accessible healthcare.

Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), claims processing, or accounts receivable workflows.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.





Hands-on experience with AR calling and follow-up activities.

Knowledge of denial management processes, including reviewing denial details and case progression.

Understanding of RCM concepts and standard operational workflows.

Solid attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.

Comfort working with operational systems, work queues, and case status tracking tools.

Ability to adhere to SOPs and quality standards in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Chennai, India.

Responsibilities Conduct AR calling activities to follow up with patients or payers promptly, ensuring adherence to workflow standards.

Manage denial-related tasks by identifying denial causes, documenting them accurately, and taking appropriate next steps within established processes.

Review RCM documentation and transaction details to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies.

Maintain and update work queues and operational systems with accurate statuses, notes, and outcomes to ensure audit readiness.

Analyze trends in AR calling and denial cases to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve escalations and ensure consistent handling of denial cases.

Ensure quality and compliance by following SOPs and denial/RCM handling guidelines diligently.

Generate and report daily/weekly activity metrics, providing clear summaries of progress, challenges, and next steps.

Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity,



applying AI-assisted summaries and pattern checks while maintaining responsibility for validation and final decisions.

Additional Job Responsibilities

Support special projects aimed at optimizing AR calling and denial workflows.

Assist in updating knowledge bases by documenting common denial reasons and resolution procedures.

Participate in operational reviews and feedback sessions to ensure adherence to best practices.

Train or mentor peers on workflow procedures and quality standards as needed.

Perform additional RCM operational tasks to meet coverage requirements.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing process refinements based on observed outcomes.
