What You’ll Do:

A successful Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls for reference, education, credential, and employment verification. The role requires robust attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls for verification processes
- Obtain and validate information via phone, email, and other channels
- Investigate and confirm reference credibility
- Respond to candidate and client queries
- Coordinate with internal teams on verification status
- Maintain and update databases and reports
- Perform quality checks and other assigned operational duties

Eligibility Criteria:

- Open to candidates from 1 to 5 years of experience





- Educational qualifications
- 10+2 (12th pass)
- 10+3 (10th + diploma)
- Any graduate (except BE/BTech/MBA and Open university)
- Candidate MUST possess all relevant documents of their education and previous experience (if any)

Work Schedule:

- Work from Office (Bangalore Location)
- 5-day work week with 2 days off
- Training phase: Monday to Friday schedule
- Post-training: Rotational shifts with rotational week-offs

Weekend or night shifts may be required based on business needs (compensation as per company policy)
