Job Summary The OT Store Executive is responsible for managing the inventory of surgical consumables, implants, instruments, and other OT supplies. The role ensures timely availability of materials, accurate stock records, compliance with hospital policies, and uninterrupted support for surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain stock of OT consumables, instruments, implants, and surgical supplies.

- Receive, verify, and issue materials as per departmental requirements.

- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions to avoid stock shortages.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.

- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

- Check expiry dates and ensure proper storage of all materials.

- Coordinate with the Purchase, CSSD, Biomedical, and Accounts departments for smooth inventory management.

- Ensure compliance with hospital infection control and safety protocols.

- Maintain proper documentation for stock movement, GRNs, issue slips, and returns.

- Assist during internal and external audits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
