Job Profile:

The candidate will be responsible for checking reservations made into the hotels through the B2B portal The candidate will be responsible for reconfirmations of bookings with hotels across the globe.

Communicating with hotels for reservations made into the system.

Need to assist Travel Agents with any query related to booking.

Need to update the system and to Operations Team for confirmations received through hotels.

Profile

Should have 0 to 4 years of work experience in Travel Industry / BPO/ Client Support.

Good knowledge of Computers / Good knowledge of MS office.

Good English communication skills.

Ready to work in rotational shifts.

Candidates with IATA certification will be given preference. Qualifications:

Any Graduate with good communication skills.
