We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. The candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, maintaining records, and supporting overall business operations.
Key Requirement:
- Manage daily operational tasks and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments for smooth workflow
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions
- Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports
- Ability to handle work pressure efficiently
- Valuable written communication skills (Email / Letter drafting to customers)
- Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.
