Role Description The Operation Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including managing staff schedules, coordinating kitchen and service workflows, and ensuring smooth customer service.

The Operation

Executive will monitor inventory, support procurement, and help maintain quality and hygiene standards throughout the premises. They will track basic operational metrics, assist in resolving issues promptly, and collaborate with the management team to improve processes and customer experience.



The role also includes training team members on standard operating procedures and maintaining clear communication across all departments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily activities and optimize workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to monitor performance, identify issues, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with staff and interact with customers and vendors.
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or retail operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness and quality.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or POS systems is an advantage.
