About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive who has strong knowledge of domestic holiday packages and can efficiently coordinate tour operations while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations for Domestic Holiday Packages.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, sightseeing vendors, and other travel partners.
- Prepare and execute tour itineraries as per customer requirements.
- Confirm bookings and ensure timely delivery of all travel services.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for smooth tour execution.
- Handle operational queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain operational records and booking details.
- Ensure seamless coordination before, during, and after the tour.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and vendors.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Travel Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Domestic Holiday Packages and destinations is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,020.41 - ₹25,000.00 per month
