Development, and lifecycle management of the OpenText Document Management System (DMS), ensuring seamless document capture, storage, retrieval, and workflow integration across enterprise business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor OpenText Content Server/xECM workplace, ensuring high availability and performance
- Manage user access, security permissions, and document classification/retention policies
- Perform routine system health checks, patching, and platform upgrades
- Handle incident and problem management for DMS-related issues, ensuring SLA compliance
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams on backup, DR, and capacity planning

B-tech / MCA 7 to 8 yrs
