Experience

Team Coordinator: 4+ years in Home Health Coding

Team Lead: 6+ years in Home Health Coding with team handling experience. Recent GHCBP postings for Home Health Team Lead have similarly sought 6+ years of experience.

Key Requirements

Robust experience in Home Health Coding

Excellent knowledge of ICD-10-CM, OASIS, and CMS Home Health guidelines

Experience in quality audits, productivity monitoring, and documentation review

Ability to mentor, train, and support coding teams

Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills





Active coding certification (BCHH-C/CPC/CCS or equivalent) is preferred for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Home Health coding operations.

Ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and productivity targets

Review complex coding cases and provide guidance to team members

Conduct quality audits and deliver feedback.

Collaborate with QA and operations teams to improve process efficiency

Drive team performance while maintaining TAT and quality standards.
