Role Description

Fareportal is looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey, builds trusted relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to influence and deliver talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future business needs.

Responsibilities

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions.

Utilizing various recruitment tools to attract top talent.

Coordinating with hiring managers and training teams for smooth hiring processes.

Conducting reference checks whenever required.

Managing candidate communications throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Reporting and updating on open positions and key recruitment metrics.

Staying current with industry best practices and recruitment trends.

Requirement

Graduate with Minimum 3 years of Volume hiring experience for International Voice Process.

Ability to work on multiple roles within TAT.

Excellent communication skills.
