Role Task Transport Executive

Regular Work:

1. Supervise all transport drivers & set their schedule as per requirement by operations team.
2. Ensure all transport deliveries & pick-ups are completed in time.
3. Supervise the commercial goods should be loaded into vehicle safely and in time to give proper delivery to the customer
4. Keep track of all vehicle in the GPS app
5. Provide assistance to other department when needed in prompt and productive manner.
6. Keep track of leave of al drivers & arrange replace driver
7. Check record of all drivers.
8. Planning of scheduling company owned vehicles as per operations requirement.
9. Planning of utilization of company owned vehicles in market when not in internal use to generate more revenue.

Vendor Management:

1. Introduce transport vendors in the organization whenever needed.
2. Take quotation from vendors as per requirement
3.



Match rates as per customer requirement
4. Follow up with vendor for safe & timely delivery of goods.
5. Collect invoice & other required documents from vendor.
6. Give invoice to accounts department for payment as per credit period.

Maintenance & other work:

1. Responsible for vehicle maintenance including scheduled maintenance.
2. Keep track of all vehicle insurance, motor vehicle tax & other mandatory govt licenses.
3. Process for insurance claim & take follow up for the same if needed.
4. Provide fuel usage, toll report & advanced cash report. (Transport DSR).
