Role & responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Verify measurements and certify contractor bills based on completed work.
- Monitor material consumption and maintain inventory records.
- Resolve technical issues arising at the site and recommend practical solutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- trong knowledge of RCC, finishing, structural,



and civil construction works.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction workplace.
- Experience in residential high-rise or township projects.
- Exposure to quality control, contractor management, and project coordination.
- Familiarity with project planning and execution processes.
