- Handling Production activities in Open Forge shop
- Coordinating with Hammer team for effective implementation of Production Plan
- Recording of Production data in SAP
- Handle manpower planning and allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of workforce.
- Implement and sustain Lean manufacturing practices & 5S initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdown resolution.
- Maintain production reports, shift logs, and performance tracking records.
- Train and guide operators and helpers to improve skill levels and efficiency.
