Job Title: Swiggy & Zomato Order Packing Executive Department: Operations / Dispatch Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Swiggy & Zomato Order Packing Executive to manage the packing and dispatch of food orders received through Swiggy, Zomato, and other online delivery platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure every order is packed accurately, securely, and dispatched on time while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities Receive and verify orders from Swiggy, Zomato, and other online delivery platforms. Ensure every order is packed accurately according to the order ticket. Check food quality, quantity, and presentation before packing.

Include all required accompaniments such as cutlery, tissues, sauces, condiments, and promotional materials where applicable. Properly label, seal, and stage orders for pickup by delivery partners. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders.

Verify special customer requests and dietary instructions before dispatch. Monitor delivery pickup times and communicate delays to the supervisor when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and dispatch station.





Monitor packaging material inventory and report shortages or damages. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. Assist with dispatch operations and other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak meal hours. Positive organizational and time management skills. Basic communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant operations, food packing, or dispatch. Familiarity with Swiggy, Zomato, and restaurant order management systems (POS/KDS) is an advantage.

ConditionsFast-paced restaurant or cloud kitchen environment. Requires standing for long hours. Evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts may be required.
