We need a specialist to configure and enable the fuller Data Privacy Management module — with a primary focus on Third-Party Risk as it relates to data privacy — to support growing data subject request (DSAR) volume and reduce manual handling.

Role: OneTrust Privacy & Third-Party Risk Configuration Specialist Key Responsibilities

Configure OneTrust's Data Privacy Management module (beyond current baseline usage)

Stand up and configure the Third-Party Risk module as it intersects with data privacy (primary priority)

Set up webhooks and system integrations to automate data subject request (DSAR) intake and processing

Map current manual privacy workflows and rebuild them as automated processes within the platform

Work directly with USANA's legal team to align configuration with data privacy/compliance requirements





Required Experience

Hands-on OneTrust configuration experience, ideally across multiple modules (not just basic setup)

Prior experience implementing OneTrust's Third-Party Risk module specifically

Experience with webhook/API-based integrations within OneTrust

Familiarity with DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) workflows and privacy regulatory frameworks (GDPR/CCPA-type requirements)

Nice to Have

Experience configuring OneTrust for a multi-entity or multinational organization

Background supporting legal/compliance teams directly (not just IT-led implementations)
