Role Overview The Offline Marketer is responsible for promoting the institute through on-ground marketing activities, generating leads, and increasing brand visibility. This role involves direct interaction with students, schools/colleges, and the public.
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing & Promotions
- Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as leaflet distribution, banners, and poster campaigns
- Visit schools, colleges, and coaching centers to promote courses
- Organize and manage stalls, seminars, and promotional events
1. Lead Generation
- Generate student leads through direct interaction and campaigns
- Collect and maintain a database of potential students
- Coordinate with the admissions team for lead conversion
2. Brand Awareness
- Increase local brand visibility through strategic offline campaigns
- Identify high-footfall areas for promotions
- Build relationships with educational institutions and local partners
3. Event Coordination
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and career guidance sessions
- Represent the institute at education fairs and events
4. Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain daily activity reports (DAR)
- Track leads generated and conversions
- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and market trends
Key Skills Required
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in public interaction and presentations
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing strategies
- Ability to work in field and travel locally
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years experience in marketing/sales can apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
