We're looking for an Offline Execution Head who thrives in high-ownership environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and has a proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-city execution with speed and precision. About the Role

As the Offline Execution Head, you will own the end-to-end planning and execution of MyGate's offline initiatives across multiple cities. You will be responsible for ensuring every campaign is executed with operational excellence from manpower planning and vendor management to logistics, quality control, and on-ground delivery.

This role demands someone who can build scalable processes, manage multiple stakeholders, solve problems in real time, and lead teams that consistently deliver exceptional execution standards.

Own the end-to-end execution of offline campaigns across multiple cities, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Plan, coordinate, and manage ground operations by working closely with vendors, agencies, internal stakeholders, and field teams.

Design and implement scalable execution frameworks, SOPs, and operational processes to drive consistency and efficiency.





Monitor daily execution metrics, identify operational bottlenecks, and proactively resolve on-ground challenges.

Lead vendor identification, negotiations, onboarding, performance management, and cost optimization initiatives.

Oversee manpower planning, deployment, logistics, inventory management, and last-mile execution across locations.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team with a solid culture of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Drive continuous operational improvements using data, technology, and automation to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and optimize costs.

Ensure execution quality, process compliance, and customer experience remain consistently high across all markets. What We're Looking For

8–12 years of experience in Operations, Offline Execution, Event Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Last-Mile Operations.

Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-city operations in fast-paced environments.

Strong operational planning, execution, and project management capabilities.

Proven expertise in vendor management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.





Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing operations teams.

Comfortable working in an environment where speed, ownership, adaptability, and execution are key success factors.
