Position Junior Officer/Officer -Production Qualification B.E. / B. Tech - Mechanical Reporting to Section Head-Production Experience (In yrs) 3-6 yrs Compulsory Functional /

Technical Skill Sets • Good experience in assembly manufacturing practices.

- Handling multiple product type & wide range product portfolio
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Experience of handling labour union and Permanenet workmen • Achieving Production targets on daily basis.
- To achieve Production KPI like Production line OEE, Metal yeild etc.
- To practice TPM- JH pillar & well versed with all JH Steps of 0-7
- Implement and enforce quality control like first off inspection, daily process monitoring sheets, control charts etc
- Analyse production and quality control to detect and correct problems and finding solution




- Determine and implement improvements to the production process in collaboration with IED section
- Meeting downtime targets, Preparation of PM schedule, Break down maintenance and meeting repair maintenance budgets.
- Good interpersonal relations with interdaprtment & other supporting departments.
- Motivate production team thru training, information sharing, mentoring, feedback, evaluations and task delegation.
- Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and inspects unsafe act, unsafe condition and Near miss to facilitate risk reduction.
- Rejection analysis & well versed to 7QC tools & Promote Kaizen.
- Prepare and maintain production MIS reports & posting in SAP.
