Hiring for Officer / Executive - IPR (formulation) at our R&D.;

Job location : Kandivali(W), Mumbai.

Experience required - 4 to 6 yrs

Job role include

. Preparation of patent landscape reports

- FTO clearances
- Markets USA, Europe, WHO, Domestic, Australia, Recent Zealand, Russia and ROW
- Hatch Waxman litigation
- Patent due diligence: patent extension, supplementary protection, orange book, composition, method of treatment and API patents
- Formulation Design around strategies, isomerism, dosage regimen, method of treatment, particle size etc
- Patent certification, exclusivity statements, cover letter, side by side labeling carve outs, patent expiry date etc
- Patent database knowledge: Scifinder, Cortellis, Orbit, Iqvia, Espacenet, WIPO etc.
- Patent drafting
- Prior art searches and prosecution history
