Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Management Associate to support the Office of the Directors. The role involves coordinating key business activities, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Directors in daily operations and strategic activities
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and track action items
- Assist in business projects, expansion plans, and process improvements
- Maintain MIS reports, presentations, and documentation
- Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth execution
- Follow up on key decisions and organizational priorities

Requirements:

- MBA preferred / Any relevant degree
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, strategy, or similar roles




- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with senior management

Preferred:

- Experience in healthcare / education sector is an added advantage
