Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant who will be stationed at client locations to support the day-to-day ERP operations, guide users, provide functional training, and ensure successful adoption of Odoo ERP.

This is a hands-on, on-ground role where you will work closely with client teams inside their factory or office, helping departments use Odoo efficiently while coordinating with our implementation and technical teams whenever enhancements or customizations are required.

Location: Surat

Key Responsibilities

- Work from the clients factory or office location on a daily basis.

- Understand the clients business processes and operational workflows.

- Assist users in performing their daily activities using Odoo ERP.

- Configure and maintain standard Odoo modules based on business requirements.

- Provide functional support across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), CRM, Accounting, HR, and other modules.

- Conduct end-user training sessions for employees at all levels.

- Resolve day-to-day functional issues and guide users on best practices.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend ERP-based solutions.

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), GAP Analysis, Process Flows, SOPs, and User Manuals whenever required.

- Coordinate with the development team for customization requests and verify delivered solutions.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts.

- Monitor ERP adoption and ensure users follow standardized business processes.

- Act as the primary functional point of contact between the customer and YantrAdhigam Labs.

- Maintain documentation of issues, enhancements, and change requests.





- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive support and continuous engagement.

Required Skills Qualifications

- 2 5 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Functional Consultant.

- Strong knowledge of Odoo standard modules including:

- CRM

- Sales

- Purchase

- Inventory

- Manufacturing (MRP)

- Accounting

- HR

- Projects

- Good understanding of business processes across manufacturing and trading organizations.

- Experience in conducting user training and requirement gathering sessions.

- Ability to prepare BRD, GAP Analysis, SOPs, Process Flow Diagrams, and functional documentation.

- Robust analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to coordinate with technical teams for ERP customizations.

- Knowledge of Odoo 16, 17, or 18 is preferred.
