Every care journey starts with a gynaecologist. From there, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle support come together into one connected, personalised program — built for long-term outcomes, not quick fixes.

Role Description

As Shakti's founding nutritionist, you'll be the dedicated nutrition partner for every woman on our program. You'll work closely with our gynaecologists to deliver 1:1 monthly nutrition consultations that are grounded in the patient's hormonal diagnosis — not a generic meal plan.

This is a part-time remote role with real ownership, with a view of going full-time over the next 3-6 months. You'll help shape how nutrition works at Shakti from the ground up — the protocols, the patient experience, and the outcomes we deliver.

Responsibilities

- Conduct 1:1 monthly nutrition consultations with Shakti patients via video
- Build personalised nutrition plans aligned with each patient's hormonal pathway — GLP-1, medicines and lifestyle,



or Ayurveda
- Coordinate with the treating gynaecologist to ensure nutrition supports the clinical plan
- Track patient progress and adjust plans based on diagnostic data and milestones
- Contribute to Shakti's nutrition protocols and dietary guidelines across PCOS, thyroid, and insulin resistance conditions
- Support the development of educational nutrition content for patients

Requirements

- Qualified nutritionist or dietician — BSc, MSc, or RD equivalent
- Deep understanding of women's hormonal health — PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, insulin resistance, perimenopause
- Experience working with women on weight loss with a hormonal or metabolic component
- Comfortable working alongside doctors in a clinical team setting
- Strong 1:1 patient communication skills — warm, empathetic, and evidence-based
- Self-driven and comfortable in an early stage setting where things are still being built
- Fluent in English — Hindi or regional languages are a bonus
