Role Description As an O365 Specialist at Aquera, you will manage, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related security and compliance features. You will handle user onboarding and off-boarding, license management, permission and group administration, and troubleshoot issues for internal stakeholders.
The role involves implementing best practices for M365 security, monitoring system performance,
coordinating with IT and security teams on integration and identity lifecycle needs, and documenting configurations, standards, and procedures. You will also assist in automation initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and provide user training and guidance on M365 tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Robust expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related management portals.
- Proficiency in user and license management, group and role administration, and identity lifecycle tasks aligned with HR and IT workflows.
- Experience with M365 security and compliance, such as conditional access, MFA, data loss prevention, and audit/log analysis.
- Ability to troubleshoot M365-related issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with cross-functional IT and security teams.
- Practical experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell) for provisioning, configuration, and reporting within M365 environments.
- Familiarity with integration concepts between HR systems, identity directories, ITSM tools, and SaaS applications is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and support diverse user groups.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent)
