About the Role

Are you passionate about sales and excited to work with global clients? We are looking for enthusiastic NRI Sales Associate Consultant to engage with NRI customers across international markets and help them make informed insurance decisions. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy building relationships and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with international (NRI) customers via calls, emails, and chats.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Clearly explain insurance products, benefits, and policy features.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
- Handle customer objections, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth sales experience.




- Build long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

Skills & Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a sales-driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented, performance-driven environment.
- Prior experience in international sales, BPO, or insurance is a plus (freshers are welcome!).
