Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Product Design & Development:

- Assist in design and development of new products using CAD software.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and technical documentation.
- Participate in prototyping, product trials, and validation.

• Project Coordination:
- Work with Production, Tool Room, and Quality teams for smooth NPD execution.
- Support Purchase in sourcing new raw materials, spares, or components.
- Coordinate with vendors for sample development and improvements.

• Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Assist in testing of new products to ensure performance and durability.
- Document trial results and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

• Costing & Feasibility:
- Support in cost estimation of new products.




- Recommend design/material alternatives for cost optimization.

• Innovation & Improvement:
- Research new technologies, materials, and competitor products.
- Suggest innovative ideas for product enhancement.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical & Production
- Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Polymer Engineering.

Experience: 03 years (Freshers can also apply).
