Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.

- Conduct preliminary screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.

- Negotiate salaries and benefits with selected candidates.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field.

- Robust interview coordination skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

- Excellent salary negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively.

- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
