Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field recruitment drives and walk-in interviews at designated locations.
- Identify and source candidates through local networks, job fairs, referrals, vendors, and community outreach.
- Manage bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment for field-level roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selections.
- Maintain a robust candidate database and track recruitment metrics (TAT, conversion rate, etc.).
- Partner with local institutions, NGOs, training centers, and employment offices for talent acquisition.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle pre-employment formalities including document verification and background checks.
- Provide weekly recruitment updates to the HR Manager and relevant stakeholders.
