Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco network devices, switches, routers, and wireless solutions.
- Administer and optimize Fortinet SD-WAN and firewall solutions to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve network issues.
- Perform network troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution to minimize downtime.
- Manage firewall policies, VPN connectivity, network segmentation, and overall network security.
- Support cloud networking integration and hybrid network environments.
- Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, firmware updates, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Ensure high availability, redundancy, backup connectivity, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers for project implementation and issue resolution.
- Maintain network documentation,



configurations, SOPs, and asset inventories.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and network best practices.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise network administration and support.
- Robust hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies (routers, switches, wireless controllers, and access points).
- Expertise in Fortinet SD-WAN, FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing (OSPF/BGP), Switching, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi technologies.
- Experience with cloud networking and hybrid network infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with experience in incident management.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
