We are seeking a talented and experienced System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on Windows/Linux/Mac environments. The primary responsibilities will include resolving laptop issues, managing internal servers, and maintaining network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for laptop-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and performing repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Administer and maintain internal servers, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security.
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect company data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement technology initiatives and projects.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
