Job Title: Network Engineer

Role Summary:

The Solution/Presales Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for Smart City, ICT, and Surveillance projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing proposals in response to RFPs, and ensuring end-to-end solution delivery across network infrastructure, data centers, and integrated command & control centers (ICCC).

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze RFPs and client requirements to design compliant and cost-effective technical solutions.
- Prepare pre-bid queries, attend pre-bid meetings, and coordinate with vendors and OEMs.
- Work closely with the sales and bidding teams to create customized solutions and proposals.
- Design architecture for ICT, Surveillance, and Smart City solutions including hardware (CCTV, NVR/DVR, servers, storage) and software components.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight during project execution to ensure adherence to proposed architecture.
- Prepare and deliver solution presentations, demos, and POCs for client evaluation.
- Manage post-bid execution including vendor coordination,



solution deployment, and project documentation.
- Handle data center infrastructure design, LAN/WAN/Wireless network planning, and configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure project compliance with security and VAPT audit standards (CERT-IN).
- Support project delivery teams through HLD/LLD preparation, resource planning, and performance tracking.
- Maintain client and OEM relationships to strengthen strategic partnerships and alliances.
