Responsibilities as an Identity and Access Management Technical Lead :

- Implement, maintain, and manage the Identity Access (IDAM) lifecycle aligned with the Organization Goals and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders like security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to align IAM capabilities and roles with organizational needs.
- Design and review Identity and Access Management related policies, standards, and procedures.
- Design and implement the controls related to IAM domain.
- Develop standards, processes, and automation for user provisioning, access certifications, role management, and user access reviews.
- Manage the IDAM SailPoint (ISC) SaaS solution.
- Service improvement in operations in terms of SLAs, automation and incident and problem management, value add to existing technologies and organization.
- Analyse performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging trends, standards, and technologies to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Identity and access Management.
- Experience in designing,



implementing, and operating IDAM solution within enterprise environment.
- Good technical knowledge of IDAM products SailPoint ISC (Identity Security Cloud) is Mandatory.
- Positive knowledge of Cloud Security Azure / AWS / GCP.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL service delivery and support practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Working knowledge of security frameworks and security concepts such as defence-in-depth techniques.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as CIS Controls, NIST, ISO 27001.
- Demonstrate commitment to high standards of ethics and values, regulatory compliance, and business integrity.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving abilities, and leadership abilities to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion.
- Industry standard security certifications like CISSP / CISA / CISM are a plus.
- SailPoint identity-security-engineer / Administrator certification is an advantage.
