- Only Individual Contributors (ICs).

1. Technical Profile Expectations: Since strong WPF profiles are limited, focus on solid .NET/Full Stack candidates with working knowledge of WPF. The priority skills are:

- Strong system thinking
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong C#/.NET fundamentals and advanced concepts
- WPF – Knowledge is sufficient
- Strong understanding of Design Patterns and SOLID principles
- Strong multithreading skills
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools

1. Emphasis on .NET fundamentals, programming ability, and problem-solving skills.
