Role Description This is a full-time .NET Developer role based in Gandhinagar with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of onsite and work-from-home. The .NET Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web and backend applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.

Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean,



maintainable code; participating in code reviews; troubleshooting and fixing defects; and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as QA, product management, and operations. The role also involves integrating applications with databases and APIs, implementing security best practices, and contributing to documentation for technical designs and user support. The developer will work within agile or iterative delivery frameworks, supporting continuous improvement and modernization of existing systems.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Microsoft .NET technologies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework / .NET Core) and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with web development tools and frameworks (e.g., MVC, Web API, RESTful services, HTML/CSS/JavaScript or modern front-end frameworks).
- Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server), including writing queries, stored procedures, and optimizing performance.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices such as version control (e.g., Git), unit testing, debugging, and secure coding standards.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and working in collaborative development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in diverse, distributed teams.
