Opening NDT NAS410 FPI Level 2 Inspector

We have an opening with a leading Aerospace Manufacturing company for the position of NDT NAS410 FPI Level 2 Inspector (Stamp Holder) at Mysuru.

Location: Mysuru

Experience: 2-5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelors in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy or relevant Engineering/Science

Industry: Aerospace / Precision Manufacturing

Role involves:

- Performing Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) on aerospace components.
- Defect identification, interpretation and acceptance/rejection as per customer specifications.
- Maintaining NDT records, traceability and documentation.
- Supporting NADCAP, customer and internal audits.
- Guiding Level 1 technicians and supporting OJT/training.
- Ensuring equipment calibration, performance checks and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinating with Production, Engineering and Quality teams for MRB, concessions and RCA.
