NDT Engineer

Purpose

Perform and manage Non-Destructive Testing activities for aerospace and medical components while maintaining NADCAP and customer compliance.

Responsibilities

- Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI)
- Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT) (if applicable)
- Interpretation of inspection results
- NADCAP documentation
- Level II/III certification compliance
- Equipment calibration
- Customer approvals
- Audit support

Qualification

Mechanical / Metallurgy

ASNT Level II (Mandatory)

Level III (Preferred)

Experience

58 Years

Experience in

- Aerospace NDT
- NADCAP NDT
- Aerospace castings
- Machined components
- Medical implants

Candidates should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in NADCAP-accredited facilities with direct involvement in aerospace special processes.
- Working knowledge of AS9100,



NADCAP checklists, AMS, ASTM, MIL, and major aerospace customer specifications.
- Hands-on exposure to chemical processing such as anodizing, passivation, conversion coating, electropolishing, and related surface treatments.
- Robust understanding of chemical handling, environmental health and safety (EHS), hazardous waste management, and process control.
- Experience supporting customer, regulatory, and NADCAP audits.
- Ability to establish standardized processes, train teams, and drive a culture of operational excellence.
