Role Description This is a full time NBFC Operations Executive role based in Sarita Vihar with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Operations

Executive will handle day-to-day back-office and branch operations, including processing loan applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely data entry into internal systems. The role involves coordinating with credit, collections, and customer service teams to ensure smooth disbursement, repayment tracking, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The Executive will monitor operational reports, identify discrepancies,



and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, assisting with audits, and adhering to risk management and regulatory standards relevant to housing finance operations.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of NBFC or housing finance operations, including loan processing, documentation, and disbursement workflows.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to housing finance companies and NBFCs, preferably in the Indian context.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and operational software or loan management systems, with accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to review operational reports, identify issues, and support process improvements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and customers in a structured, professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in NBFC or housing finance operations is preferred.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup from Sarita Vihar, with flexibility to support branch or field operations as needed.
