Postgraduate Degree in Social Work, Management or any other Social Science discipline or a postgraduate degree/diploma in Mass Communication Journalism.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, managing and implementing National-level communication programmes in Government institutions or leading development organizations.
The candidate must possess robust knowledge of implementation processes of National, State and district-level HIV/AIDS and other national health programmes.
