We are currently hiring for the role of Senior Analyst - Operation Reconciliation with a leading global investment/financial services organization.

Location: Mumbai - Vikhroli

Working Days' : 5 Days

Work Timing :1PM to 10 PM

Position: Senior Analyst - Operation Reconciliation

The role will involve the following critical activities

- Daily, Weekly & Monthly reconciliation between Client, Admin and Prime broker data.
- Research on pending cash, position, OTE and trade discrepancy.
- Daily follow upwith external sources including clients and brokers for faster resolution on breaks.
- Interacting with Portfolio managers and Prime Brokers via phone and e-mail for resolution of queries.
- Adhering to SOPs and standard delivery to client & prompt escalate to reporting Manager.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must have: Any graduate with min 3+ years of exp Cash and Position recon for OTE/OTC product, Corporate Actions experience mandatory.

Skills Required





- Required with 3+ years of experience working for a Cash and Position Reconciliation of CDS, IRS, MBS,ABS, Swaps, Futures, Options, TRS, Derivatives, Equity. Should be working on Corporate Actions.
- Excellent knowledge of Capital market products.
- Past experience in managing hedge funds or similar types of alternative products (Exchange Listed(Fixed income, Options, Futures, Equities / Non listed products like TRS/CDS/IRS/ Equity Swaps)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic Knowledge of accounting applications like Enfusion /VPM / Geneva will be added advantage.
- Number Cruncher and excellent communication skills.
