Role Overview We are looking for a creative, AI-savvy Multimedia Visualizer / Illustrator to join our small, fast-paced team. You will create AI-assisted visual and multimedia assets — illustrations, animations, motion graphics, and interactive game visuals — for 21CC's e-learning products, including a Europe-bound product launching in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, conceptualize, and deliver visually compelling digital content across platforms, integrating graphics, videos, animations, and AI-generated elements.
- Utilize advanced generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, RunwayML, or similar) to create, enhance, and automate image, video, or interactive media assets.
- Guide and curate AI-generated output to maintain visual quality and brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Animate graphics in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 for e-learning modules.
- Develop prototypes, infographics,



and visualizations to explain educational and technical concepts.
- Apply basic gamification elements and develop interactive games with branching storylines and multiple characters.
- Collaborate with content writers, product, IT, and global Netherlands-based teams to transform ideas into dynamic visual outputs.
- Manage multiple multimedia projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Revise and optimize visual content based on stakeholder feedback.
- Stay updated with advances in AI art/video generation and recommend innovative approaches for the team.

Must-Have Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI image/video generation tool (Midjourney, DALL-E, RunwayML, or similar).
- Ability to animate graphics in Articulate Storyline and/or Rise 360.
- Experience in video/motion tools — After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Experience creating digital illustrations or visual assets for e-learning or educational content.
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped or delivered visual/multimedia work.

Good to Have

- Multimedia design certification or formal education in multimedia/visual communication.




- Experience with gamification elements or interactive branching storylines.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar UI prototyping tools.
- Prior exposure to international or cross-cultural teams.
- Experience designing for blue-collar or vocational training audiences.
