Key Responsibilities & KPIs MEP Operations & Compliance Ensure adherence to R&M; processes and performance metrics for efficient operations Ticket Resolution (TAT) Ensure timely closure of maintenance requests within SLA Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Maintain CSAT ≥ 4 through prompt and effective service Inventory Management Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing wastage and downtime Cost Control Optimize maintenance costs within budget (if applicable) Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations Team Management Train and guide team members to improve performance and service quality Eligibility & SkillsBachelor’s in Engineering / Facilities Management or related field Experience in MEP/facilities operations preferred Strong knowledge of MEP systems & maintenance processes Good stakeholder management and communication skills Leadership and team handling ability Problem-solving and detail-oriented approach Flexible to work in agile environments
