Position: Field Officer / Project Field Officer

Qualification: Master of Social Work (MSW)

Work Area: Central Government schemes, NGOs, CSR projects, Health & Nutrition Programs, Rural Development Projects

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct field visits in villages, wards, schools, Anganwadi centres, and communities.
2. Create awareness about government schemes and beneficiary entitlements.
3. Identify eligible beneficiaries and assist them with applications and documentation.
4. Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, Panchayats, Anganwadi workers, ASHAs, and community leaders.
5. Organize awareness camps, meetings, training sessions, and outreach activities.
6. Collect field data, maintain beneficiary records, and prepare reports.
7. Monitor scheme implementation and track outcomes.
8. Conduct household surveys,

9. Support vulnerable groups such as women, children, elderly persons, persons with disabilities, and marginalized communities.
10. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to supervisors.
