Job Summary:

Citiyano De Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates for the role of MSW / IEC Coordinator /SBM for projects related to IEC Activities under Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM). The candidate will support awareness campaigns, field activities, stakeholder coordination, surveys, reporting, and project implementation at the urban local body level.

Freshers with positive communication skills and willingness to work on field projects are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support implementation of IEC activities under SBM projects
- Coordinate with ULBs, local authorities, community groups, and stakeholders
- Conduct field visits, surveys, awareness drives, and community engagement activities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Assist in data collection, MIS reporting, and project monitoring
- Support planning and execution of cleanliness awareness campaigns




- Coordinate with field teams for smooth project implementation
- Maintain regular communication with government departments and project officials
- Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and training sessions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Social Work, Geography, Environmental Studies, Public Administration, or related fields
- Freshers can also apply
- Basic knowledge of SBM or government projects preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel for field activities

Preferred Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage field assignments
- Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage

Key Note: Immediate joiners will be given preference

Candidates based in Panipat , Haryana or willing to relocate preferred
