Role & responsibilities A Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other technical systems to ensure smooth operations across facilities or industrial environments.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical issues across multiple systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive care to ensure equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
- Document maintenance activities, service reports, and system performance logs
- Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and departments to resolve complex technical problems
- Respond to emergencies and provide timely solutions to operational challenges
- Supervise or coordinate maintenance staff in senior MST roles, including training and personnel development
