Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage CRM projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting client expectations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones.

- Provide technical expertise on MS Dynamics CRM platform, including configuration, customization, and data migration.

- Ensure effective communication with clients through regular status updates, reports, and presentations.

Job Requirements :

- 6-9 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Project Manager or similar role.

- Solid understanding of CRM Sales module in MS Dynamics CRM platform.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
